Tina excels at everything but love, until she has a serendipitous meeting with Michael, a charming business owner with a young daughter, but Tina’s not sure it’s the best time. This year the plans she and her friends have for the beloved Christmas Gala go awry when it faces cancellation due to a scrooge-like new venue owner. Tina sets out to save the day, only to discover the scrooge is none other than Michael. Surprised and confused, Tina has to reconcile the rumors with the real Michael.
